Loan Agreement

This Loan Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on 19th April, 2026, between Clem-It Loans ("Lender") and _________, holder of NRC Number _________ ("Borrower").

1. Loan Amount

The Lender agrees to lend the Borrower the principal sum of ZMW 0 (the "Loan").

2. Repayment

The Borrower agrees to repay the Loan as follows:

3. Penalty for Late Payment

The Borrower acknowledges and agrees that in the event of failure to make payment on or before the due date, a late payment penalty of 0% per day shall be applied on the outstanding principal balance. The penalty shall accrue daily and continue until the loan is fully paid.

Example Calculation:
If you borrow ZMW 0.00 and miss the due date by 5 days, the penalty will be:
ZMW 0.00 × 0% × 5 days = ZMW 0.00

4. CRB Listing

The Borrower acknowledges and agrees that in the event of a default in payment, the Lender shall have the right to list the Borrower's name with the Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Default

The following shall constitute an event of default:

The Borrower's failure to make payment on or before the due date.
The Borrower becoming insolvent or bankrupt.
Any breach of the terms of this Agreement by the Borrower.
The Borrower providing false or misleading information in the loan application.

6. Remedies upon Default

Upon the occurrence of an event of default, the Lender shall have the right to:

Demand immediate payment of the entire outstanding balance of the Loan, including accrued daily penalties.
List the Borrower with the CRB.
Pursue any other remedies available under the law.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

9. Amendments

No amendment or variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by all parties.

10. Notices

Any notice required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be served on the relevant party at the address set out below, or at such other address as that party may notify to the other party in writing from time to time.
